7. Origins Network's Present and Future

Currently, developers of agent frameworks are beginning to leverage the programmable account systems and deterministic settlement functions provided by Origins Network to build next-generation agents capable of conducting complex transactions with instant finality and predictable costs. These agents do not need to rely on volatile native token markets to hedge Gas fee risks. A blockchain designed from the ground up for autonomous agent operation, an agent-first blockchain, is precisely the necessary foundation to support such advanced scenarios. We sincerely thank the top-tier partners with profound experience in AI application development and distributed infrastructure who have chosen to join hands with Origins Network in its early stages to jointly validate and shape this future.

Since the project first announced its vision, the Origins Network ecosystem has rapidly attracted over 40 new infrastructure partners. These partners span a wide range from developer tools, node infrastructure, fiat on/off-ramps, to DeFi applications and data analytics services. Together, they provide critical support services for enterprises and end-users to interact with the Origins Network, enriching the ecosystem's diversity.

The successful launch of the testnet marks Origins Network's entry into a brand-new development phase centered on massive scalability, enterprise-grade reliability, and seamless developer integration experience. In the coming months, our work will focus on: continuously introducing diverse, high-quality infrastructure partners and node operators; continually adding new protocol features, APIs, and developer tools to lower the barrier to entry; and conducting extreme stress tests on network throughput, latency, and stability under simulated and real AI workloads, ensuring its capability to handle financial-grade applications.

Origins Network's ultimate goal is to become a fully permissionless, truly decentralized public blockchain. The release of this testnet has already laid a solid software and community foundation for achieving this goal. The chain is designed to be permissionless and neutral, allowing anyone in the future to deploy smart contracts, issue custom assets (tokens), and send transactions on it.

The current testnet is initially bootstrapped by four validator nodes operated by our core team to ensure initial network stability. As we steadily transition towards mainnet, we will systematically onboard new, reputable validators from our design partners, infrastructure partners, and the broader independent community. In the long term, we plan and are committed to eventually expanding to a fully community-led, permissionless validator set, achieving the highest degree of decentralization.

Our core mission remains unchanged: to make on-chain payments and agent transactions fast, reliable, and infinitely composable. In essence, to enable value exchange on the internet to flow seamlessly and autonomously as it should. What Origins Network is building is not just another blockchain, but the digital foundation upon which the agent economy can flourish.
